ARE THE COLOURS OF GARMENTS ACCURATE?
Colours may appear slightly different once received. We do our best to make sure the picture you see reflects the true color of the garments however, due to differences in monitors, screens and lighting, colours may be slightly different than expected.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Items that are ready to ship and be sent out within 5-7 business days. Made to order items will be shipped within 10-14 business days. Shipping times will vary based on location and Canada Posts shipment time.
For preorders, the fabrics are being custom printed and will take about 8-14 weeks to be printed. Once the printing process is complete, they are then shipped to us which can take 2-3 weeks. This is in addition to our normal turnaround time.

SHIPPING
Once shipped, Oak + Sky Handmade Boutique is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Packages are shipped via lettermail and do not include tracking or insurance. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the customer to file a claim with Canada Post.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you have questions or concerns about an order you’ve placed or if there are problems with an order, feel free to contact us.

DISCOUNT CODES
Any discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout and are not valid on any previous purchases. Only one discount code can be used at a time.
